Using Forecheck

Accounts are available to adults and to players aged 13–17 with approval from a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 do not create accounts or sign in: a parent or legal guardian manages their roster profile and participation through the adult’s own account. League ownership, management, and subscriptions require an adult account. Protect your login, provide accurate information, and obtain permission before adding someone’s information. Parents are responsible for the child profiles they manage and can remove them.

Optional team refreshments

Teams may use game-day duties and financial records to coordinate lawful shared refreshments. Forecheck does not sell alcohol, reward alcohol consumption, measure individual consumption, or encourage competitive or excessive drinking. Users and team managers are responsible for local law, venue rules, safe transportation, and offering non-alcoholic options.

Teams, content, and conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit and give Forecheck permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, dangerous, or privacy-invasive content. Team Chatter, Open Ice, and player-network use must follow our Community Safety Standards. Forecheck may filter, remove, preserve, and review content and account activity to enforce those standards. Managers control team access and are responsible for league and team decisions.

Optional cloud IQ top-ups

Managers with Pro may purchase additional shared cloud IQ allowance for their team. Each top-up is a separate one-time purchase, with its price shown before payment. It does not renew automatically, change your subscription or increase WhatsApp/SMS allowance. Unused purchased IQ credit has no expiry and remains usable after Pro ends. Refunded purchases no longer provide credit. Apple on-device assistance is free on supported devices; cloud assistance is an explicit choice.

Optional Forecheck Pro subscriptions

Free player accounts, schedules, RSVPs, team chat and basic dues tracking remain available without Pro. Where offered, one manager purchases Pro for one team. The checkout shows the price, billing period, applicable tax and renewal terms before purchase. A paid plan renews automatically until canceled through the original payment provider. Canceling renewal keeps access through the paid period; refunds follow the provider’s process and applicable law.

A team may start one 30-day trial without a card. That trial does not automatically charge you. Purchasing an Apple or Google subscription starts the plan shown by that store. After Pro ends, team data and Free features remain available. Deleting a Forecheck account does not by itself cancel an Apple or Google subscription; manage those subscriptions in your store account settings.

Payments

Forecheck may help teams track dues and use third-party payment providers. These are real-world team or ice costs set by team managers, not purchases of digital Forecheck features. Paying a due or fee never unlocks app functionality. For Stripe-hosted card checkout, the connected team is the merchant, the player is charged the exact team fee shown. Stripe deducts its applicable processing costs from the team account, and Forecheck deducts a 1% application fee from the team’s proceeds. Team managers may publish optional cash or e-Transfer discounts before payment. Team managers, not Forecheck, determine team fees and handle refunds and disputes under their payment-provider agreement.

Availability and safety

We work to keep Forecheck reliable, but the service is provided as available and may change. Schedule, roster, score, medical, travel, and emergency information should be independently confirmed. Forecheck is an organization tool, not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or emergency advice.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Forecheck or permanently delete your account at any time. We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that threaten people, security, or the service, violate these terms, evade a block, or create legal risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
