Play hard. Treat people well.
Community Safety Standards
Forecheck is built for useful team communication. Everyone who uses chat, Open Ice, or the private player network must follow these standards.
What is not allowed
Do not post threats, harassment, hateful or discriminatory content, sexual or exploitative content, self-harm encouragement, scams, spam, impersonation, illegal material, or another person's private information. Content that exploits or endangers a minor is prohibited without exception. Do not use Forecheck to evade a block or moderation action.
Report and block
In Team Chatter, open a message's action menu to report the message, report its author, or block that person. Blocking immediately hides one another's messages and prevents direct chat. Reports are private: the reported person cannot see who submitted them. You can also email [email protected].
How we respond
We prioritize credible threats, exploitation, and urgent safety risks for review within 24 hours. We target review of other complete reports within 72 hours. Depending on severity and history, Forecheck may remove content, warn or restrict an account, suspend access, permanently delete an account, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited without exception. This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, sexualizing a child, and creating, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Forecheck's adults-only eligibility rule does not reduce these protections.
We remove or disable access to apparent CSAM when we obtain actual knowledge of it, preserve evidence only as legally permitted, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline or the relevant regional authority where that is the applicable reporting channel. Our designated child-safety contact is [email protected].
Emergencies and appeals
Forecheck is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. To add context to a report or appeal a moderation decision, email [email protected] from the address on your account.
Age and updates
Adults may use their own accounts. Players aged 13–17 need guardian approval and participate through private league invitations and moderated league conversations; public discovery and direct messages are unavailable. Children under 13 have parent-managed roster profiles and do not sign in. Managers must coordinate younger children’s participation with their parent or guardian. League management and subscriptions require adult accounts. Material changes to these standards require renewed in-app acceptance. Last updated September 13, 2026.
