What stays on your device
Your routines, settings, allowed-app selections, session history, and private reflections are stored on your device. We do not operate an account system for the current personal-device app and do not upload this information to a Kingdom Focus server. The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.
Private reflection and session-history files are excluded from the app’s device backups. Android also excludes its other app data from backup and device transfer. Apple may include routine configuration and preferences in your device backup according to your system settings. Device security and any system backup remain governed by Apple or your Android provider.
Permissions and app protection
On Apple devices, Screen Time authorization allows Kingdom Focus to schedule and apply app shields. Apple’s app picker supplies privacy-preserving selection tokens. The app stores those tokens locally; it does not send your selections to us.
On Android, the app uses accessibility access to detect which app is in the foreground and display its blocking screen during an active routine. Usage access supports protection status, and overlay and alarm permissions support the blocking screen and schedule. The app does not read typed text, inspect screen content, record browsing history, or transmit an installed-app inventory. The blocking service processes the foreground app identity on your device.
You choose whether to grant these permissions and can revoke them in system settings. Without required permissions, app protection cannot operate. Notifications are optional. Adding a routine to a calendar opens your device’s calendar interface so you can review and save it. Events saved there are handled by your chosen calendar provider.
Optional contributions
The App Store or Google Play processes optional developer tips. We do not receive your payment-card details. The app receives purchase status and transaction information from the store and stores the information needed to verify the purchase and show your dated thank-you badge. The store may provide us with transaction and financial reports under its own terms. A pending or canceled purchase does not create a confirmed contribution.
Purchases and refunds are subject to the relevant store’s policies: Apple privacy policy and Google privacy policy.
External apps and services
Opening JW Library, the App Store, Google Play, or another external app brings you to that provider’s service. Their privacy policies apply to what you do there. Siri and Shortcuts are provided by Apple. Kingdom Focus does not include private reflections in Siri results.
When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and investigate the issue. Please avoid sending passcodes, passwords, payment-card details, children’s personal information, or private reflections. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request, related follow-up, and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your correspondence by contacting us below.
This website
These support pages are part of pragmatic.onl. The website may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve and protect the site. See the Pragmatic Developments website privacy policy for website-specific practices. The native app’s local data practices are described separately above.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit or delete routines in the app, change or clear a reflection, and change your permissions in system settings. Removing the app deletes its local data through the operating system; Android also offers a clear-storage action. Calendar events you saved remain in your calendar until you delete them there. Store purchase records and any device backups are controlled by the relevant provider. We cannot recover a private reflection from our servers because it is not uploaded to us.
Children and family features
The current personal-device app does not collect children’s personal information through accounts or a remote family service. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s installation and permission choices. Any future remote family synchronization will require a separate, visible setup and an updated description of its data handling before it is enabled.
